HOW MANY PHOTOS DOES THE PHOTO BOOTH PRINT?
In less than ten seconds two individual 2X6 strips will print out so your guest can leave with one and you can keep one in a photo album. Our top of the line printers automatically and precisely separate the strips for you. Almost all other companies use less expensive printers that make you or an attendant manually cut them apart with a razor blade or scissors.
DO YOU OFFER UNLIMITED PHOTO PRINTS?
Of Course! Our standard packages include one print per guest which is an upgrade from most photo booths that print only two however, you can always upgrade to unlimited prints so the fun will never stop for your guests and those precious moments can be printed up in multiples.
DO YOU OFFER A PHOTO BOOK ALBUM GUESTBOOK?
a photo book can be added to any package that will include one of each of the photo strips taken throughout the event and will be available for all your guests to sign, you will cherish the heartfelt sentiments that your loved ones leave! This will provide you years of smiles every time you pick it up and look back at your friends and family captured celebrating your special day with such joyful fun-loving commemoration.
CAN WE CUSTOMIZE A MESSAGE OR LOGO ON EACH PHOTO STRIP?
Absolutely! Included in your Photo Booth Rental Service is the customization of the photo strip or postcard and screen and we can print just about anything you desire on the bottom of every photo strip. You are welcome to provide us with a custom logo, or a personalized message, or we can just print the event name and date as well.
CAN WE HAVE THE BOOTH CLOSED DURING DINNER OR OTHER SELECTED TIME?
Yes, we can set up the booth and open for the hours you choose and additional closed hours for dinner or anytime you select can be added. Any booth downtime is charged as Idle Time at $75/hour. This downtime does not count toward your Open hours of operation for the Photo Booth package you selected. This is a great option for dinner or if the venue is for both for the ceremony and the reception and the booth requires an early setup to avoid disturbing the ceremony.
WILL SOMEONE FROM PARTY TIME PHOTO BOOTH BE AT OUR EVENT?
Absolutely, As part of our full-service Photo Booth Rental Service, our attendant(s) will arrive professionally dressed and will set up, attend and service the photo booth and then take down the photo booth. They are there to ensure the photo booth runs to perfection and help your guests with the photo book, change paper and toner, and help with any technical difficulties that may occur.
WHAT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RESERVE THE BOOTH?
We require a completed and signed contract and a $250 deposit in order to reserve your date.
HOW MUCH ROOM DO YOU NEED FOR THE PHOTO BOOTH?
Our setup takes about 8ft x 8ft of space for the enclosed booth tent and photo station, plus a 6 ft. table for props.
When the photo book is part of your experience we also bring a 3-foot round cocktail table. placed near the booth for the activities.
HOW DO YOUR PRICES COMPARE TO THE COMPETITION?
With our full-service photo booth, you receive 1-3 attendants depending on the size of your event to take care of your guests and any issues, for a worry-free experience. We take pride in offering the highest quality entertainment and photos at a fair price. You'll find lower quality at a lower price but when was the last time you bought the cheapest option and it didn't break? Saving 5-10% on a photo booth that doesn't work 50% of the time isn't a good deal. You spend so much time and money on your big day, don't gamble on a cheap photo booth that could stop working or ruin your great memories with blurry, poorly lit photos. Our equipment is the most expensive state-of-the-art available and it will work wonderfully at your event guaranteed. Our prices are all-inclusive so find out what you are not getting first from the less expensive companies. There are many excellent photo booth companies and we are competitively priced with them. However, even the best of them can't offer full spectrum continuous lighting, high-speed lab quality printers, or 18-megapixel cameras.
DO YOU DO CORPORATE EVENTS?
Of Course! Party Time Photo Booths have been the life of the party at so many types of group celebrations. Corporate Events, Holiday Parties, Fundraisers, Baptisms, Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, Bar Mitzvahs, Quinceaneras, Birthday Parties, Retirements, Anniversaries, Reunions, and of course Weddings! If you can dream it, we can capture it! Your logo can be added to the photo strips/postcards, and screen background, or we can even create a custom backdrop. .
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE TO WE HAVE TO BOOK?
We recommend booking it as soon as possible to ensure you reserve your date because our schedule fills up quickly. However, we never like saying no, so if we can make it happen for you we will.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE PHOTOS TO PRINT?
The 2" X 6" photo strips print in approximately 12 seconds, and duplicates and postcard prints just a few seconds longer. Generally, by the time you are out of the booth, the images have already been printed.
WE ALREADY HAVE A PHOTOGRAPHER, WHY DO WE NEED A PHOTO BOOTH?
We get this question a lot! You absolutely need a photographer to take pictures of the event itself (mostly weddings), however, the Photo Booth provides an unprecedented amount of entertainment for your guests. The Photo Booth allows your guests to let loose, be silly, and just have fun! The photos you keep from it are an incredible reminder of your fun event. When you see Grandma wearing a feather boa and blowing kisses into the camera, you will know it's a hit
WHAT TYPE OF PRINTER DO YOU USE?
We use a Lab Quality Sublimation Dye Printer. This means we give you exceptionally high-quality photos that will last a lifetime. Don't be fooled by other companies that use Inkjet printers, they can smudge on your clothes, look grainy, and take up to a minute to print.
HOW CAN WE SHARE THE PHOTOS WITH OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS?
We will upload all the photos to your complimentary online photo gallery album where your friends and family can download them for free, upload them to Social media, or order more prints easily. We try to keep your photos up for at least 90 days and this online photo gallery album can be password protected or not, you choose.
